Bubble Test

Bubble Test facilitates
running tests in multiples; tests are set up using a simple Bubble
Wizard, a series of LPR
tests are collected over time giving Corrosion Rate results.
Results can be printed at the end in many ways including tables, lines
and bar graphs. Cells (or Channels) are
assigned together into Groups, each
group has an Add Inhibitor button, once
pressed, end corrosion rates can be calculated at the end of the test over 3
periods – prior to Add Inhibitor, after 2 hours and after 16 hours, this
enables Percentage Protection to be
calculated.
Easy
Setting-up
The Bubble Test makes setting up tests a piece of cake,
setting up is a five step process using the Bubble Wizard.
 |
Step 1
Specify cells per group and the number of groups.
|
| |
|
 |
Step 2
Settings for each group can be specified, these details are saved into
a database so tests can be 'pulled out' by entering search parameters.
|
| |
|
 |
Step 3
Cell details, such as electrode area and electrode metal are entered.
|
| |
|
 |
Step 4
Testing parameters are set - number of LPR tests to perform and the
time frame to test over. The type of LPR test to be performed can either
be an LPR Sweep, or a LPR Step.
Finally there is an option to perform a Tafel Sweep at the end of LPR
testing.

Step 5
The last step sets which graphs should be printed, there is a huge
range of graphs from Corrosion Rate line graphs, to bar charts and result
tables.

The Bubble Test is an option for all standard ACM Automated
instruments, such as Gill AC, Gill 8/12 and Field Machine.full
