Selecting data for analysis:

There are three ways of selecting Data:

  1. Right click on the data’s mini graph and select Copy form the pop-up menu then select a data bank right click mand select Paste from the pop-up menu. This method can also be used to copy the mini graph in to any package which supports windows enhanced meta files.
  2. Double click on the data’s mini graph. This will place the data into the next available data bank.
  3. Drag the data’s mini graph into the required data bank. To drag data place the mouse pointer over the mini graph and press the mouse button with out releasing the mouse buttom move the mouse over an empty data bank and then release the mouse button. Like method 1 this technique can be used to copy the mini graph in to a package which supports OLE drag-drop and enhanced meta files.

For long term data the data type must be selected from the drop down list on the long term data form. The drop down list also acts as a key for the graph.

To quickly view the raw data use the above techniques to copy the data into the text grid window.
